Clients are required to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about project requirements and site conditions.
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Ensure site access and availability for project completion as scheduled.
• Communicate any changes or concerns in writing in a timely manner.
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage for the project site and activities.

While Andrra Property Solutions Ltd strives to adhere to agreed timelines, project completion dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or third-party actions. Any significant delays will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

• Clients will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and associated costs.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon project milestones or completion, as specified in the contract.
• Invoices are payable within 5 days of receipt. Late payments will incur a 10% late fee per month.
• Andrra Property Solutions Ltd reserves the right to halt work if payments are not made as agreed.

Any changes or additions to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing. This may result in adjustments to the project timeline and additional costs, which will be communicated and approved by the client before proceeding. Verbal agreements are not binding.

Andrra Property Solutions Ltd warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control.
• Damages arising from modifications or repairs not performed by us.
• Consequential damages, including loss of use, profit, or any other incidental damages, unless explicitly stated in the contract.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project in question.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Andrra Property Solutions Ltd, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the project, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations under these terms. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date. Andrra Property Solutions Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time for convenience, with pro-rata payment due for services completed.

All materials provided by Andrra Property Solutions Ltd, including designs, drawings, and plans, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of the project. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, including but not limited to business practices, designs, and project details, confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

Andrra Property Solutions Ltd reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

These terms and conditions, along with any written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Andrra Property Solutions Ltd and the client, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
